Privacy policy

Stockonce is in private beta. This page describes what happens today — it will be replaced by a full policy before public launch, not padded out with boilerplate in the meantime.

What we collect

Your account email, account name, and the channel credentials you connect (eBay and WooCommerce), stored encrypted. Your product, listing and order data is stored in your hosted Stockonce account and is never shared with another account.

How we use your data

• Stockonce checks connected channels for orders automatically. When you enable stock sync for both your account and a connection, it sends stock updates automatically. Content publishing is a separate action that you preview and confirm.
• No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site or in the app today.
• Your data is not sold, shared, or used to train anything.

Where it's stored

In a Postgres database Stockonce operates. Channel credentials are encrypted at rest with a key that never leaves the server.

Deletion

Email help@stockonce.com to close your account and delete its data.
