04 · Orders
Orders come in. Stock keeps up.
A sold item comes off your stock count when its order is pulled in. A cancellation or full refund puts it back. Pulling the same order again never counts it twice.
Orders are pulled from eBay and WooCommerce on a schedule. Try a sale, then a cancellation or full refund in the demo.
