Does a paid plan make stock sync faster?
Yes. Live is instant stock sync — it sends the new quantity the moment it changes. Free sends stock at most once a minute to each connection. Both send the right number; Live sends it sooner.
Can I buy more products without changing plan?
Yes, on Live. Extra slots come in packs of 250. There is no third plan for a bigger catalogue. Those packs are not for sale yet.
Can I start an account today?
No. We are not accepting new accounts yet. Join the waitlist and we will invite you at launch. Existing accounts can still log in.
Which integrations work today?
eBay and WooCommerce work today. Shopify, Etsy, OnBuy and Amazon are planned; they are not currently connected.
Does Stockonce publish changes automatically?
No. Editing and saving changes Stockonce only. Publishing to a shop is a separate action that shows you a preview first.
Is stock sync on by default?
No. Channel stock starts in shadow mode. Stockonce sends no stock to a shop until you turn stock sync on for your account and for that shop.
